The Canada Pavilion is located in the vibrant "Empowering Lives" zone of the Expo. Inspired by dramatic Canadian ice formations, the pavilion represents a striking blend of nature’s raw power and Canada’s heartfelt warmth and openness.

On the outside, there’s a cool, icy facade, but step inside to feel the warmth, openness, and optimism that define Canada. Each year, ice fragments signal the end of winter and the start of spring, releasing rivers and renewing the land. It’s a powerful symbol of transformation, growth, and hope – not just in nature, but in communities across Canada too.

Empowering future generations

Just like the rejuvenating waters of spring, the theme of “Regeneration” flows through every aspect of the Canada Pavilion. Visitors will feel this vibrant energy in every experience.

Regeneration is about renewal and learning from the past to build a brighter future together. At its core, it’s about empowering the next generation, drawing from the resilience of nature and the forward-looking spirit of Canadians.

This journey of renewal draws on the wisdom of First Nations, Inuit, Metis Peoples and their ancestors, while also embracing the ingenuity of newcomers, to create an equitable, sustainable society where everyone can thrive.

At the Expo, this theme comes to life in the Canada Pavilion, showcasing our natural creativity, diverse culture, and strong commitment to sustainability.
